This is a part-time role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. The role requires the use of QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.

Must Haves

  • Experience in financial statements and general finance
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and journal entry management
  • Strong command of QuickBooks (required)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the printing or marketing industry is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements
  • Manage journal entries and reconcile accounts
  • Handle general bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Ensure accurate use of QuickBooks for all financial activities
  • Collaborate with the team and provide financial insights when needed.
