Expert accounting assistance is required for our team. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage daily bookkeeping and financial tasks using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities with precision
  • Reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Supporting clients with monthly/quarterly closings
  • Handling AP/AR transactions within QuickBooks as needed
  • Communicating effectively in English with clients and team members
  • Assisting with payroll, tax filings, and compliance tasks when required

This role requires strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and excellent spoken and written English communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and relevant certifications like CPA.
