Company Description:

Accountric Digital provides comprehensive full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting services to various companies. Our services include account setup, transaction importing and categorizing, bank and credit card reconciliations, monthly bookkeeping, financial auditing, and managing petty cash. We are dedicated to maintaining accurate ledgers, matching purchase orders with invoices, and capitalizing fixed assets. Additionally, we generate essential monthly financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Team Lead to manage and oversee our bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of bookkeepers, ensure accuracy in financial records, and implement efficient processes for client deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern bookkeeping tools

Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and supervise the bookkeeping team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Oversee daily bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and expense tracking.

Review and finalize financial reports prepared by the team.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide financial insights.

Train, mentor, and upskill junior bookkeepers.

Manage workload allocation and monitor performance KPIs.

Identify process gaps and suggest automation/AI-based improvements.

Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA preferred).

3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of UK TAX and USA TAX

Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
