Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to lead and manage all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Lead performance management and appraisal systems

Oversee training and development initiatives

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture

Provide support and guidance to management and staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven leadership abilities and a strategic mindset
