British American TobaccoPakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Insights Associate in Lahore

Contract Type: This is a third-party contract role with BAT, for a duration of 6 months

ROLE SUMMARY

Collect data from various sources, develop reports, and work closely with the Digital Insights team to uncover data-driven insights. Boosting team productivity and efficiency in delivering Digital Analytics priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide the company with continuous, objective, relevant information, and analysis to bring about end-to-end consumer journey evaluations (online to offline analytics).
• Accountable for delivering reports OTIF (On time in full), as per the identified analytics framework.
• Provide inputs to the digital important metric setting by collating data across past campaigns and industry benchmarks.
• Work closely with Activation, Media agencies & Technical agencies to ensure the availability & accuracy of digital data.
• Track performances & Analyse data for different brands and formats with the usage of various digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Salesforce, SimilarWeb.
• Provide analysis and consolidation of all Digital Analytics (including website, social media, campaigns, system monitoring, surveys, dashboards, etc.
• Drive improvements of current data & constantly explore new data sources/analytics tools.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Digital Marketing / Data / Analytics / Digital Agencies.
• Familiar with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Enterprise Data platform.
• Marketing foresight with a strong awareness of global digital marketing trends & Capabilities.
• Ability to present data in a structured framework that goes beyond numbers into actionable insights.
• Analytical focus to demonstrate information to support the decision-making process within the business.
• Timely delivery of quality insight reports for digital touchpoints, launches & campaigns.
• Experience in Digital Marketing platforms such as Meta Library, SEO, Data Scraping, etc. preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise data platforms and SQL.
