Zameen.com is Pakistan's Largest Online Real Estate Portal Connecting Buyers with Sellers within & outside the country. Zameen.com started its funding with the first round in 2012, which included angel investors and venture capital firms. Two additional rounds of investment were completed in late 2015 and early 2016, totaling $29 million.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager - Sales, you will lead the sales team, coach and train team members to meet sales targets, understand and communicate clients' requirements, provide leadership, ensure the team is equipped to market properties, follow up with clients, maintain relationships, and seek new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to meet targets.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with the sales team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Brief clients thoroughly about properties and ensure the sales team has the necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Coordinate property demonstrations, site visits, and close deals timely.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain good client relationships and actively seek new opportunities through networking.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for sales, commitment, focus on excellence, team building, and customer service, aligned with core values.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience; prior team management experience is preferred.
