HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Identifying business leads for bulk sale deals / pre network deployment
  • Attend networking activities for research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Should acquire in-depth knowledge of network layout & roadmap
  • Developing quotes & proposal for clients as per their need
  • Successfully close & get MOUs signed from bulk deal owners i.e building owners
  • Meet bulk deal targets i.e high rise building targets, new developing societies
  • Responsible for end-to-end process from identification till deployment & onboarding of customers
  • Follow up on bulk deals which are in pipeline & get them deployed within SLA time
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Maintain good working relationship with all the stakeholders
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Be updated on offerings by competition to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecom or Sales, business administration
  • 3+ years of experience in business development domain preferably in telecom sector

Experience:

  • Experience in the field of business development domain preferably in telecom sector
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of service industry.
  • Experience of leading large teams.
  • Marketing and Sales Acumen.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Service Standard Implementation.
  • Communication.
