
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:Provide assistance to customers via phone, email or in-person, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing files and documents, and providing support with projects and day-to-day tasks.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using this information to improve customer service and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
