Job Overview:

Core Code Solutions is seeking highly motivated International Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling website design, development, and digital solutions to international clients, generating leads, and closing deals. You must have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with our design and development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, email, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Bark, etc.), and networking events.
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Achieve and exceed a $5K monthly sales target.
  • Work closely with the design and development team to ensure client requirements are properly understood and met.
  • Present website design, branding, and digital solutions to clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Keep up with industry trends to propose innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

  • Preferably from O/A Levels background.
  • Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in website and app development, digital solutions, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to deal with international clients.
  • Experience in lead generation platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bark.
  • Ability to explain design concepts and digital solutions to non-technical clients in a simple, effective way.
  • A self-starter with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
