Position: Management Trainee & Consultant – Skills Aura

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad | Department: Skills Aura | On-Site: Full Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing trading mentorship and guidance to students and clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, support their learning, and help build their trading proficiency.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, create compelling presentations, and manage regular follow‑ups.
• Support marketing and campaign execution efforts to build awareness and attract new learners.
• Assist the Skills Aura Lead with planning, operational, and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated with commodity and financial market trends and utilize this knowledge to add value for students and clients.
• Contribute ideas for optimizing training and learning outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fresh Graduate or having an experience of 1 to 2 years in any field related to Finance, Economics, Fintech, or Project Management.
• Able to work in a fast paced & cross functional work environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills for client and team interaction.
• Skilled in creating and delivering polished presentations, training materials, and supporting documents.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and passionate about financial markets.
• Strong work ethic and an ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of commodity and financial markets is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience with a reputable financial institution or Asset Management Company (AMC) will be considered a plus.
• Fresh graduates and female candidates with a keen interest in financial markets and trading are strongly encouraged to apply.
