Job Role:
As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective employer branding activities.
- Identify and source high-quality candidates through various techniques, including database management, advertising, and social media platforms.
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions to create a strong industry-academia linkage.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for various positions, ensuring a seamless process.
- Design and manage training programs for new hires, working closely with plant HR teams.
- Recruit and onboard trainee engineers, DAE apprentices, matriculate apprentices, and management trainees.
- Maintain accurate records of internship applications and track progress.
- Collaborate with operations teams and plant HR to optimize the recruitment cycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to data-driven insights for monthly KPI analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel to plant locations for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
