Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a tidy front desk area with all necessary materials, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect or take messages, and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels securely.
  • Provide support to the Admin and HR teams for documentation and office maintenance, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas, including serving refreshments to employees and guests.
  • Assist with scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or intermediate level of education with 2-3 years of experience, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, enabling efficient task management.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
