Responsibilities
  1. Handling customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  2. Managing new and ongoing cases, providing regular updates and maintaining detailed records.
  3. Assisting clients in navigating blockchain-related issues, dispute resolution processes, and compliance requirements.
  4. Preparing client reports and drafting official communications for banks, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and other institutions.
  5. Conducting in-depth research on industry regulations, compliance standards, and blockchain-related policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  6. Addressing complex customer issues, finding creative solutions to challenges, and making informed decisions under pressure.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams, including consulting, compliance, and technical departments, to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  8. Providing training and educational resources to clients regarding ongoing fraud trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in blockchain security.
  9. Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team Leader, ensuring clear communication regarding case statuses, challenges, and successes.
  10. Utilizing open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant information related to customer cases.
Qualifications
  1. A Ph.D. or higher-level degree in Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field. (preferably from the UK or EU)
  2. Proven experience in customer support, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field (minimum of 3+ years).
  3. Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
