T&H Consulting, a leading firm in Blockchain Tracing Investigation and Incident Response, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist for our on-site office in Islamabad. Responsibilities- Handling customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Managing new and ongoing cases, providing regular updates and maintaining detailed records.
- Assisting clients in navigating blockchain-related issues, dispute resolution processes, and compliance requirements.
- Preparing client reports and drafting official communications for banks, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and other institutions.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry regulations, compliance standards, and blockchain-related policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Addressing complex customer issues, finding creative solutions to challenges, and making informed decisions under pressure.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including consulting, compliance, and technical departments, to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Providing training and educational resources to clients regarding ongoing fraud trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in blockchain security.
- Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team Leader, ensuring clear communication regarding case statuses, challenges, and successes.
- Utilizing open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant information related to customer cases.
- A Ph.D. or higher-level degree in Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field. (preferably from the UK or EU)
- Proven experience in customer support, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field (minimum of 3+ years).
- Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
