  • Proven experience in managing and delivering IT services within a corporate or service provider environment.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in service management tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT services according to agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee service requests and incidents, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders regarding IT service delivery performance and improvements.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on service performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service management processes and procedures.
  • Provide end-user support for IT-related queries and incidents.
