Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons is looking for a Asst. Manager Supply Chain

Job Title: A.M Supply Chain – Contractual (Balochi Speaking)

Location: RDMC Site, Quetta, Balochistan

Contract Type: 1-Year Contract (Extension subject to project scope and duration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and site staff to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
  • Fluency in Balochi (mandatory) and good command of Urdu/English.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in challenging site conditions and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and supply chain management tools.

Contract Duration:

  • Initial: 1 Year
  • Extension: Based on project requirements and performance

Experience: 4 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Location: Quetta – Balochistan Pakistan.
