We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading business onboarding efforts, achieving set targets, and expanding our clientele in the realm of digital marketing and software services.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and lead generation team.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard new business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to optimize sales strategies and enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or software services.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and software service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Previous recommendation letters and evaluations from previous employers will be required.
