Your Impact:

As an Assistant Sales Manager for Supply & Host Onboarding, you will play a critical role in expanding our property network and enhancing revenue potential. Your role blends strategic leadership with hands-on acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with property owners and hosts. You will develop and implement scalable acquisition strategies, negotiate partnerships, and optimize the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration. We seek a proactive, results-driven leader who excels in a fast-paced startup environment, driving supply growth and long-term host satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling our property portfolio and shaping our market presence.

Your Daily Hustle:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Set sales targets, forecast sales performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target high-potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Sales Presentations: Oversee and participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential hosts, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to hosts.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including team performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client retention, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  9. Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to improve our offerings and enhance client satisfaction.

Your Expertise:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. +5 Years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Location: This position is based in Karachi (Clifton).
