Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Agent at Quantum Synergy in Rawalpindi. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, following scripts, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Urdu languages
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma
