We are the first LAB software Development Company in Ireland established for nearly 17 years with a proud tradition of rewarding hardworking individuals.

We are looking for a very smart and proactive individual who has extraordinary skills in managing and controlling the relationship between the product/services and the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. To liaise and build relationships externally with customers and suppliers and internally with different related and supporting departments.
  2. To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
  3. Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
  4. Using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications e.g. press releases, newsletters.
  5. To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.
  6. Understanding the product and customer profile and writing thorough specs for each conference/exhibition.
  7. To maintain, build, and update mailing databases.
  8. Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records, and highlighting where variances occur.
  9. Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
  10. Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  11. To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
  12. Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion for each conference and exhibition.
  13. To support the sales team based in the UK.

- Experience in preferably Vtiger CRM or any other
- Fluent English speaker
