Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: College Road, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Description:

Rankviz is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage our business development efforts across Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with 4 to 5 years of proven experiencein online sales, leading teams, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of motivating team members, and adept at building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Oversee and optimize Upwork profiles and other online platforms.
  • Guide the team in creating winning bids and client acquisition strategies.
  • Set performance goals and monitor KPIs for individual and team success.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Respond to high-value client communications and escalate complex queries.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Train new team members on Upwork bidding techniques and client handling.
  • Ensure the team maintains strong availability and responsiveness to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business development or online sales, preferably in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in handling Upwork or other freelance marketplaces.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong command of client handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable with different time zones (US, UK, AUS) for client communication.
  • Self-driven, performance-oriented, and target-focused mindset.
