- Develop performance indicators for used car inventory management that ensures maximum advert throughput, quality, and resource optimization.
- Establish key success activities driven by objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor organic ads and collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary actions.
- Design comprehensive metrics for internal sales teams to ensure sales and quality standards.
- Maintain operational control for standardization and resource optimization.
- Explore additional revenue streams from existing and new products.
- Unify synergies between inventory and sales streams.
- Lead and drive the B2C segment as an independent business unit.
- Apply established norms and best practices of outbound teams effectively.
- Must hold an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Require at least 6-8 years of experience in managing a large direct sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven success in recruiting and retaining high-performance sales teams.
- Ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
- Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills are essential.
- Exceptional negotiation skills are required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
