Job Title

Motive is looking for a skilled professional to lead their onboarding facilitation team.

This role involves delivering training content to new employees, helping them navigate the onboarding process and contributing to the growth of the onboarding program.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver informative training sessions to entry to mid-level front-line sales staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members from initial onboarding through ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence as they advance through early stages of their on-the-job experience
  • Conduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Source and create enablement content including slide decks, internal product one-pagers, videos, eLearning experiences and more
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales training, sales enablement or related role
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to engage and inspire learners
  • Experience designing, developing and delivering training content for sales teams
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
