Archive Technologies is a leading provider of secure record and information management solutions. We help organizations streamline document storage, retrieval, and compliance processes with our innovative and scalable services. As we continue to expand our footprint in the corporate and government sectors, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate and government clients; Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends; Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Pitch Archive Technologies' record management services to decision-makers; Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos; Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns for lead nurturing; Assist in developing sales materials, proposals, and content; Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports; Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, IT, or document management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
