Odoo Technical Consultant/Developer

As a seasoned Odoo developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust technical solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in customizing and extending Odoo modules will enable seamless integration of various systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and internal technical teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the functional team to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business processes.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and workflows tailored to business needs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and high-quality Python code to implement new features, enhancements, and third-party integrations within the Odoo framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical roles in E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and similar technologies is good to have.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Technical Consultant/Developer, with hands-on involvement in multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations.
  • Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of the Odoo framework (Community and Enterprise editions).
  • Experience with database management, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Skilled in customizing and extending Odoo modules using XML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
