Are you a relationship-driven sales leader with experience in the construction industry? Do you have a strong network among architects, consultants, and contractors?

Join us to lead the sales and market expansion of Soudal's world-renowned sealants, adhesives, and PU foams across Pakistan's growing building and infrastructure sector.


• Drive project-based sales of Soudal products in commercial, residential & infrastructure segments


• Build strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, waterproofing experts & contractors


• Conduct technical presentations, site demos, and CPD sessions


• Track large-scale projects and ensure specification of Soudal solutions


• Collaborate with the application and technical teams to ensure project success


• Achieve monthly targets and drive market growth

Who Should Apply:


• 5+ years' experience in construction chemicals or building material sales


• Strong network in the construction, architecture & contracting ecosystem


• Confident in handling project-based and specification-driven sales


• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills


• Experience with similar product line is a plus
