About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Buyer to lead excellence in indirect commercial procurement. This role involves supplier management, process improvement, and cost optimization to positively impact our operations. Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that achieve cost savings and uphold quality standards.
  2. Manage the entire purchase process, from supplier selection to contract compliance oversight.
  3. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure mutual growth and reliability.
  4. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet their procurement needs effectively.
  6. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all procurement documentation and supplier data.
Experience

- Minimum 3 years in commercial procurement with a focus on negotiation and strategic sourcing.

- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, balancing stakeholder needs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex procurement environments.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.

- Proficiency in modern procurement software and tools.

- Educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
