Role Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Specialist with experience in digital advertising, preferably from a job advertising agency, marketing agency, or a related B2B services environment. You'll play a key role in driving new business, particularly in the U.S. market, by identifying leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across U.S. and international markets.
  • Pitch our core services to potential clients and tailor solutions based on their goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to proposal to closing the deal.
  • Build long-term relationships with marketing decision-makers (e.g., CMOs, HR leaders, agency partners).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, job advertising, or media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, CRO, SEO, etc.).
  • Track record of closing high-value deals, especially with U.S.-based clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working flexible evening hours to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
