  • Business Development Specialist– Lead Generation (LinkedIn & Outreach Platforms)

Onsite Islamabad Near Bahria Town | Result-Based | Competitive Budget

We are Web Wiz Information Technology, a fast-growing software company specializing in SaaS and CRM solutions. We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Developer with a proven track record in lead generation via LinkedIn and other outreach platforms (email, cold outreach, B2B databases, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, primarily through LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of outbound messaging, ICP targeting, and lead qualification strategies.
  • Ability to generate high-quality leads and meet specific conversion KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and outreach automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Position Details:
  • This is a result-based role — only candidates who can deliver measurable outcomes will be considered.
  • This is not a freelance bidding job (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr). We are looking for outreach experts, not freelance platform applicants.
  • A 3-month lead generation plan will be required after the interview if shortlisted.
  • One professional reference will be required after the interview stage.
  • You may be asked to complete a 10-day performance-based task. If you successfully achieve the assigned lead generation targets within this period, your position will be finalized with a performance-based offer.

  • You have less than 3 years of experience in LinkedIn or B2B outreach-based lead generation.
  • We are not hiring Business Developers for freelance platforms like Upwork or similar bidding-based profiles.
  • Please do not apply if you only have experience with bidding on freelancing platforms and do not have relevant experience in B2B lead generation and outreach.
  • You cannot commit to a short trial task to demonstrate results.
