Job Description

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors (4 Years) in Business Administration/Mass Communication or related field
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

Job Location:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience working in Call Centers
  • 3x Month Basic Computer Certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills in Balochi, Brahui, Hazargi, Tajiki, and Pushto

Skills and Competencies:

  • Supervision of call center executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
  • Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to organization's policies
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, such as call volume, resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Create and ensure schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure executives are meeting organizational standards
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track team performance
  • Stakeholder coordination and effective communication

Contract Duration:

  • One (01) Year (Extendable if required)

Terms & Conditions:

  • Residents of Balochistan ONLY shall be eligible.
  • Interested candidates must bring their Original Educational Documents, CV, CNIC, Domicile & Experience Certificates along with copies of their documents.
  • 05 years age relaxation is already included in the above age limit.
  • Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
  • Attested degrees/certificates from respective educational boards must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during the test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
  • Females, Minority, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate can be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment/selection process due to providing fake documents, false information, or using any type of influence.
  • Selected candidate has to serve at the concerned Project Site and no request for posting to other districts will be entertained; however, Management reserves the right to post him/her at other districts on a requirement basis of the Project.
  • The deadline for submission of applications is 19th January, 2025 and only online applications will be considered.

Note:These positions are only for a specific project/location; therefore, services of selected candidates shall neither confer any entitlement of regular/contractual appointment nor be regularized in NADRA. The services will be laid-off on completion of Project.
