Overview

Confiz is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with expertise in the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Strong interpersonal skills, a robust talent pipeline, and excellent communication abilities are crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling interviews, managing correspondence and liaising with candidates.
  • Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to attract highly talented individuals.
  • Maintain courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
  • Understand the type of talent the company is looking for and prioritize recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives and liaise with career placement cells.
  • Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring needs.
  • Ensure accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters in HRM or Business Management.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of the recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
  • Professionally well-connected and comfortable using outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
  • Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
