We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. The role involves strategic headhunting and building strong relationships with candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers to meet our leadership hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and industry events, to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities.
Candidate Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives, understanding their career goals and motivations.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top talent.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Lead negotiations with selected candidates to secure their commitment to join the organization.
- Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer and onboarding process for executive hires.
