Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional who can manage the complete marketing funnel from strategy to execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business, and TikTok Ads platforms
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, customer analysis, and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement website improvements and landing page optimizations to increase conversion rates
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and provide strategic direction
  • Analytics & Tracking: Set up and maintain tracking systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate data collection
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms and campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other tracking tools
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and landing page optimization
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports and presenting data insights
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page modifications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience working with international clients
