We are hiring a Manager Accounts & Finance in Islamabad. This is an opportunity to lead our financial operations, manage a team, and significantly impact our business. We are seeking a finance leader who can not only manage accounts but also shape the financial strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.
  • Overseeing daily accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), and managing cash flow.
  • Leading budgeting processes for Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operational Expenditures (OpEx), ensuring financial oversight for projects.
  • Strengthening internal controls and facilitating smooth audits.
  • Providing financial insights through analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Managing taxation matters, filings, and audits with precision.
  • Mentoring and developing junior finance staff.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An MBA in Accounting Finance, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred, though your overall expertise is most important.
  • At least 7 years of experience leading accounting and finance functions.
  • A deep understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proven leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams.
  • A sharp analytical mind for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency with financial tools such as QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar.
