We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our Call Center Department. The primary responsibility of the Telesales Representative will be to contact potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales executives. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.

Responsibilities:
  1. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering over calls.
  2. Follow sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  3. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume.
  4. Keep an updated customer database.
  5. Track and document calls and sales records.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of international outbound calling experience.
  2. Can join immediately.
  3. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Patient and friendly personality.
  6. Proven record of met targets.
  7. Great self-organizational skills.
