Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist Overview

This role involves overseeing key functions within the organization, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR and Accounts, including payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.

This position requires a high degree of organizational skill, effective communication, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and employee engagement.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Payroll Administration: Process monthly payrolls, handle salary payments, and ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide support as needed.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation programs, conduct regular appraisals, and provide feedback.
