
HR and Project Management Assistant – Female Only

Assist in designing and updating job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with HR Manager to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Project Management:Keep tabs on project progress and monitor, control, and report on that progress.
Use Trello software to communicate on the board by commenting and providing updates to team members directly in their respective cards.
Be responsible for coordinating with all team members to ensure that their tasks are completed on time.
Manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, attend meetings, and create reports.
