
Sales Outreach Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads and appointments for our healthcare call center client.
Specific Tasks- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
- Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
- Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
- Presentation of our value proposition to clients and understanding their needs.
- Maintenance of CRM records with accurate call notes and status updates.
- Achievement of KPIs (including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals).
- Bachelor's degree (minimum).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales.
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and use persuasive sales techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools.
