Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads and appointments for our healthcare call center client.

Specific Tasks
  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
  • Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
  • Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
  • Presentation of our value proposition to clients and understanding their needs.
  • Maintenance of CRM records with accurate call notes and status updates.
  • Achievement of KPIs (including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and use persuasive sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Professionalism, motivation, and dependability.
