We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn outreach specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B Marketing, and Lead Generation.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and managing multiple company-provided LinkedIn profiles.
- They will ensure consistency in bios, banners, service descriptions, and positioning across all profiles.
- A strong understanding of SEO/keyword optimization is required to improve visibility and drive results.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and be able to use it to build prospect lists and send targeted outreach.
- They will also run structured outreach campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and nurturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
- A solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies is required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and management is a must.
- Good copywriting skills for outreach and LinkedIn content are necessary.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to measure ROI and improve performance are essential.
- This role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 85,000 based on skills and experience.
- The job location is Onsite at Gulberg 3, Lahore.
- The office hours are from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM.
- The workdays are Monday to Friday plus Alternate Saturdays.
