MBA with at least 6 years of working experience of Government/Semi Government/ Reputable Corporate Organizations in handling the procurement locally & internationally as well as handling the projects within the ambit of PPRA Rules/Government Policies/SROs

Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate policies, guidelines, Terms & Conditions.
  2. Timely send the tender file to the User departments for Technical Evaluation.
  3. Analysis of Technical Evaluation.
  4. Preparation of Commercial Evaluation Report.
  5. Timely issuance of LOI/Purchase Orders.
  6. Arrange Repeat Orders (if any required by the User dept.)
  7. Nominate & arrange third party Pre-shipment inspection from SSGC nominated Firms.
  8. Resolve Bid Bond & PBG related matters.
  9. Send prescribed proforma to NAB for Rs. 50 million & above cases.
  10. Procurement Planning, arranging and uploading Annual Procurement Plan on SSGC website and forward it to PPRA.

Strict compliance of PPRA & SSGC Rules.

  1. To maintain Record Management of Case File as per PPRA & other agencies requirement.
  2. Make BOD/FCD notes (wherever required).
  3. Ensure Compliance of Efficient Procurement Cycle approved by Board of Directors.
  4. Creation/supervision of Purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP.
  5. Supplier Management and registration in compliance to PPRA in Oracle ERP.
  6. Item Code Management in Oracle ERP.
  7. Approve Proprietary approvals initiated by User dept. in consultation with Head of Department.
  8. Finalize and approve Pre-Qualification criteria in consultation with Head of Department.
