Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Executive to join our team in Paragon City, Lahore. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and customer-focused with strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally.
  • Manage sales leads and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Work on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to record and track customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and computer applications.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
