
Assistant Manager Customer Care

The Assistant Manager – Customer Care will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relations, leading the customer service team, and ensuring achievement of daily sales targets through persuasive communication and effective team leadership. The role demands strong knowledge of the aesthetic and skin care industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure a high standard of client experience aligned with aesthetics and skin care practices.
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and follow-ups.
- Support the front desk and CSR team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and front desk staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on customer handling, sales conversion, and service excellence.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth coordination between customer care, dermatologists, aestheticians, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service outcomes in the systems.
- Manage shift scheduling and workload distribution within the team.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer care performance, sales conversion, and client feedback.
- Provide insights to management for improving service strategies and achieving business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer care and sales, preferably in aesthetic, dermatology, skin care industry or front end hotel management Industry.
- Strong sales conversion and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skin care services, and products is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
