Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain employee records (attendance, payrolls, leaves, and salary, etc.)
  2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  3. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  4. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and managing the hiring process
  5. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  6. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  7. Develop compensation and benefits plans
  8. Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  9. Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  10. Create and publish job ads on various portals
  11. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Intermediate

Job Type: Full-time

This is a full-time office-based job located in the vicinity of DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
