Job Overview
ibex. Pakistan is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department. The role involves assisting our U.S.-based clients' customers with their queries and concerns, providing accurate resolutions according to defined processes via call. We value personality, passion, and work ethic, and a sense of humor is a plus.
Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with performance objectives and client core values.
- Assist customers with their purchases made through the e-commerce website.
- Show genuine interest and courtesy in interactions, maintaining a friendly and caring image.
- Offer alternatives for products/items not available on the website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates.
Job Specifications
- O Levels/Matric or higher qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must type at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
