WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE- Daily Face to Face visits for active and new HoReCa accounts.
- Owns, manages and achieves all sales targets and KPIs (Turn Over, Customers base, Forecast, Sales force, Annual Business Plans… etc).
- Grow Reach and Penetration (Grow Customers base and number of SKUs Per Customer).
- Manages, builds relationships, and serves existing/potential customers in Food Service Channel (Restaurants - Local & international Chains under QSR & FSR, Central Production Units, and Catering division).
- To become a trusted consultant by providing a complete culinary solution based on a clear understanding of customers' business and needs.
- To conduct Demonstration for UFS SKUs for customers using top applications.
- Ability to deal with data (analyze) to create your daily routine/activities in more systematic way as per Unilever's requirement. i.e. CRM Software (Salesforce).
- Creation of new LTOs and innovations with our key pull customers in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams.
- Explore new avenues of business in assigned Territory, augment efficiency of existing business models and implement other benchmark models where feasible.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all stakeholders (Chef, Procurement, Operation…).
