Territory Sales Manager is responsible for implementing effective territorial sales & marketing strategies. The position is responsible for volumes, availability, visibility, company assets management and assigned Territory sales & distribution operations. The incumbent will be responsible for submitting sales reports as well as discovering new sales opportunities.

What we ask

Qualification:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Management Sciences or in any other discipline that helps in managing market & operating in a business environment.
  • MBA is preferred.

Experience:

  • Field sales experience of +3 years
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with secondary sales system/SalesFlo would be a plus point

  • Track and manage assets in the market
