We are looking for high-calibre field sales professionals to become part of our rapidly growing B2B software sales team.

The Role:

  1. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process.
  2. This is a consultative sales process and you will have the capability to engage, consult and persuade senior decision-makers to secure sales.
  3. There is a strong emphasis on creating, managing and closing sales opportunities.
  4. As with any consultative Sales role, a deep understanding of our product, the client environment along with strong accounting knowledge will be essential to be successful.
  5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities via phone, email, and social platforms.
  6. Actively follow the leads allocated or referrals provided.
  7. Engage and develop sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  8. Ability to have a consultative conversation with decision makers about their accounting process.
  9. Identify the people involved in the buying process and engage at all levels.
  10. Manage the end-to-end sales process bringing in resources from across the business when required.
  11. Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and customer records are accurate.

Attributes and Skills Required:

  1. Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in software sales.
  2. You will have experience in data management and MS Excel.
  3. Excellent administration skills and experience managing inbound/outbound calls.
