About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our sales outreach team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and setting appointments with maximum efficiency. This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers from provided lists.
  • Deliver a clear, concise, and engaging pitch following the provided script and adapt when needed.
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and secure appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Accurately log call outcomes and update CRM systems in real time.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Participate in regular coaching, feedback, and technical training sessions on industry-specific topics.

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken English with neutral or native accent (required).
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with consistency and professionalism.
  • Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
