About the Role:

We're seeking a results-drivenOutreach Automation Specialistto join our marketing and sales enablement team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, lead generation, and data-driven experimentation. You'll be responsible for managing sales team, and optimizing multichannel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools likeSmartlead,Make.com,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other automation platforms.
  • Set up and manageemail outreach workflowsviaSmartleadandGoHighLevel, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows and sales pipelines withinGoHighLevel.
  • Integrate various tools and systems usingMake.com (Integromat)to create seamless and scalable automation processes.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics such as open rates, response rates, booking rates, and conversions.
  • Develop and optimizelead nurture sequences, follow-up strategies, tagging, and segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and scheduling to refine outreach performance.
  • Ensure all outreach campaigns comply with deliverability best practices and international regulations (e.g.,CAN-SPAM,GDPR).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align automation goals with broader business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation sequences and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience withInstantly.ai,PhantomBuster,LinkedIn Sales Navigator,GoHighLevel,Smartlead, andMake.com.
  • Strong understanding ofcold outreach tactics,lead generation funnels, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in setting up and optimizing high-performing outreach and nurture campaigns.
  • Technical expertise in workflow automation, system integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-focused approach with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on performance insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
