About the Role: We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage administrative functions, infrastructure, procurement, and workplace quality. Responsibilities include supply chain management, maintenance, supporting expansion projects, and ensuring a seamless office experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is fully operational
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
- Support sustainability and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Create operational documentation and audit workflows
- Manage supplies, vendor relations, inventory, and office assets
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with IT and network teams for infrastructure needs
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage expenses, bookkeeping, and vendor performance
- Handle kitchen operations and organize events
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and asset management
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards
Required Skillset:
- Strong organizational, documentation, and vendor management skills
- Ability to multitask, lead infrastructure projects, and ensure safety standards
- Hands-on approach with ownership and responsibility
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and communication tools
