Administrative Specialist Role

The role of the Administrative Specialist involves providing comprehensive support to the management team in daily office operations.

This includes ensuring a secure and organized environment, managing daily office activities, security checks, and visitor management.

  • Develop and oversee administrative budgets and payment processing.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely renewals and warnings for expiring contracts.
  • Foster a positive corporate culture through event planning and organization.
  • Select and lease office sites, manage interior design, and perform other related tasks.
  • Design and implement administrative systems, service plans, and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage attendance and holiday schedules, creating accurate attendance records.
  • SOURCE AND MANAGE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLIES, COMPARE PRICES, AND OVERSEE VARIOUS ASSETS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration.
  • Prior experience in event planning is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data processing abilities.
  • Fluent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
